How it works

From the pillow to the front desk in three moves

Every room gets a printed QR card. Behind it is a mobile web page tied to that room, and behind that is your receptionists' phones.

Every desk phone rings

For the hotel

Calling is the headline. Running the hotel is the rest.

Roomservize is the management app too — rooms, staff, bookings, check-in and check-out — so the call button never sits beside a second system. Counters like occupancy and rooms-to-clean are recomputed by the server every time, so they never drift.

Every room at a glance

Occupancy, rooms to clean and room types on one live screen. No register book, no whiteboard, no wondering what’s free tonight.

Staff added in a minute

Add a receptionist or housekeeper by phone number. Each role sees only its own screens — nothing to train, nothing to leak.

Faster check-in, safer records

One screen per stay: guests, IDs, dates, room. Documents are stored securely instead of photocopied into a drawer, and a returning guest fills in from their number.

Requests that become revenue

Housekeeping, laundry and restaurant orders land in one queue, priced from your own catalogue. Nothing gets forgotten, and every order is a receipt you can bill.

Upsell without asking

Push an offer to every room’s home screen in seconds — a spa slot, a late checkout, today’s special.

Wi-Fi without the desk call

Network name and password show to checked-in guests only. Change the password whenever you like — no reprinting cards, no queue at reception.

No hardware to install

Print the in-room QR card as a PDF from the app. One sheet per room does the job of a handset, the wiring and the line rental.

Feedback before it becomes a review

A rating and a note reach you while the guest is still in the room. Fix the unhappy ones on the spot, and ask the happy ones for the public review.

For guests

Everything the room used to need a phone for, without one

The QR page is scoped to the guest's stay: it opens with their check-in mobile number and closes at check-out. Nothing to download, nothing to remember.

  • Voice, not a form. A real conversation with the desk, from the guest's own browser.
  • Order and track. Housekeeping, laundry and restaurant requests with a live status on the Requests tab.
  • Offers they can actually see. Banners the hotel publishes appear on the guest's home page, not on a lobby poster.
  • Tied to the stay. The page only answers to the number on the current booking, so a previous guest's phone opens nothing.
Get the app

Put a Call Reception button in every room.

The Roomservize Android app is for hotel owners and staff. Sign in with your mobile number, set up the hotel, add rooms and print the cards — you can be taking calls the same afternoon. Guests never need it; they use the QR page.

Questions

Before you ask

Do guests need to install anything?

No. The QR card opens a normal web page in the phone's browser. The guest enters the mobile number they gave at check-in and the page unlocks for their stay. Calling uses the browser's own microphone permission.

Who rings when a guest calls?

Every receptionist who is signed in and on duty, at the same time — plus the owner, if "Receive guest calls" is switched on in Manage. The first to accept takes the call and the others stop ringing. If nobody answers, the call times out and the guest is told to try again.

Does it work over hotel Wi-Fi or mobile data?

Both. Voice travels over real-time network, which adapts to the connection. Reception phones get a push notification even when the app is in the background, so the phone rings from the lock screen.

Is the call recorded?

No. Audio is streamed live between the guest and the receptionist and is never recorded or stored by Roomservize. We keep only the call record — room, time, duration and outcome. See the privacy policy.

Can a previous guest still use the room's QR code?

No. The page only accepts the mobile number on the room's current check-in. At check-out the booking closes and the number no longer opens anything.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet — the staff app is Android first. Guests on iPhone are unaffected; the QR page works in Safari.
